Go to Settings → Display & Brightness.
You’ll see options for Light and Dark appearance.
Toggle Automatic on.
Tap Options → Select Sunset to Sunrise.
Your iPhone will now switch to Dark Mode automatically when the sun sets and revert to Light Mode at sunrise based on your location.
Instead of Sunset to Sunrise, you can choose Custom Schedule.
Set specific start and end times to match your preferences.
Go to Settings → Display & Brightness → Night Shift.
Schedule Night Shift to reduce blue light in the evening.
Using both features together improves eye comfort during low-light hours.
