T-Mobile provides strong tools to protect iPhone users from spam and scam calls. Here’s how to block them effectively.
Download T-Mobile Scam Shield from the App Store.
Open the app → sign in with your T-Mobile account → enable Scam Block and Caller ID.
This feature blocks likely scam calls automatically.
Go to Settings → Phone → Silence Unknown Callers.
Unknown numbers go straight to voicemail while known contacts still ring.
Open Phone → Recents → tap “i” → Block this Caller to stop further contact from specific numbers.
