Sometimes Verizon’s Call Filter may block calls you actually need. If that happens, you can easily turn it off using a simple code.
Open your Phone app → dial *632 → tap Call.
You’ll hear a confirmation message that spam blocking is now off for your line.
If you want to turn it back on later, just dial *662 to reactivate Verizon Call Filter instantly.
Go to the App Store → Call Filter by Verizon, then toggle Spam Filter Off or On from within the app for more control.
